Can Clear Back Packs Really Stop School Shootings?

Dallas i s t is requiring clear or mesh back packs for students in sixth through twelfth grades. Students will be able to carry a small pouch inside the bag that isn't clear, to hold self, odes money and h in products. Experts say crime does not necessarily go down because of them. You can still hide a weapon inside of a clear back pack, inside of a book, cut out in a book, inside of clothing.
