Is the State Protecting Us From Trauma?

The state is about protecting us from ever having trauma. We're always already dramatized, the liberal p m c wants to include trauma as part of its policy. And we're rewarded, if we're rich and famous already, for being able to publicize that drama. The subject of athenian democracy is not valorized because they're vulnerable but because they have a kind of civic virtue. It has this equal effect of empathizing with powerful people and so on. But i don't think that the state is about that.
