How to Explain Quantitative Models to Your Students
When you talk to your students and you're talking about quantitative models, you want them to be able to explain them qualitatively as well too, huh? Yes, I do. And I think that's just something to say the benefit of getting a PhD,. You know, which in itself doesn't mean that much, but I think at least in physics when you get a PhD, you have to go through a lot of hard struggle to not just derive equations, but understand what they mean in a qualitative way.
