Pennsylvania has a phenomenal base season. The percent of someone killing a white-tailed deer with their tags in the US is like 56%. In Canada, it's like 38%. For someone to kill a second deer, it's less than 5% in America,. It's less than 1% in Canada. So again, the whole moniker, the rhetoric, oh, you hunters are just killers. That's untrue.
