Insecurity Is a Big Issue for a Lot of Leaders

Underneath the tension between boldness and humility, i think, is insecurity. And most of the leaders i know are insecure. I don't need to be smarter to be a better leaderni might need - that's old othe brodcast. So i truly believe it when i say i'm not the smartest person at my non profit, growing leaders. But being a spiritual leader in the home doesn't mean i'm the boss of everything. It means i'm secure enough to assume responsibility for the health of this relationship even if my children and my wife actually are better than i am at getting certain things done.
