What Do You Think About Arbitration Without Discovery?
Under the arbitration section in number four, under be it says, no discovery shall be permitted absent a showing of good cause. Any discovery granted by the arbitrator should be limited to that necessary to protect the minimum due process rights of the party. In any arbitration procedure, there's always consideration of evidential risk hope. So when compared to litigation, arbitration may also allow for a broader presentation of evidence.
