The Potential of Marine Mining for Battery Metals?
We've got a clip here from the sea over the metals company, which is one of the companies that would like to harvest metallic nodules from the pacific. This is gerald baron, and his argument is that it's better to be extracting them from the ocean than from land. All the indicators are pointing to the fact that we can produce battery metals at a fraction of the environmental and social cost using these instead of land base ores. Sir alex, what's your reaction to that argument and this this possibility?
