If I'm Trump and my last hope to avoid prison is that the Supreme Court's got to change a hundred years of precedent to get me out of jail, I would just go ahead and call my tailor and get fitted for the orange jumpsuit. But it's poorly written. It's very poorly written. And so there's a live argument at the D.C. circuit. One of the many statutes used to prosecute a bunch of the January 6 rioters. So it's a poorly written statute whose meaning will have to be finally resolved by the Supreme Court.
