Flutter Framework Team

I have heard so many stories from people in the community that I've worked with over the last four years about how difficult it is to contribute to Flutter. There are a lot of really good developers out there who will no longer attempt to contribute to the Flutter framework because their experiences were so consistently bad. If you do that, then your effective team size goes from, let's say, 50 people to something more like 5,000 people focus on the mechanism that makes it easy for good developers in the community to contribute.
