This week, Jessica Lyda returns. A friend recommended her sessions to me in 2020 and afterward I wanted to know how she got into it and have her share her wisdom here. The way that she works with people is hard to articulate, but she explains it well in this. Jessica has facilitated healing sessions with thousands of different people, from celebrities to therapists to shamans to skeptics to me!
