The Steam Pudding

I am devoted to the steam pudding. Think they are unique to these islands. And o soe the winter. They're amazing for those months through to spring when it's as that long, bleak, cold winter that just will not warm or cheer you up in any way. So ir, getting a big steam pudding is very comforting and soothing and steadying. On the wine front, well, at the end of the meal, i brought the very special wine. I brought a sartern, 19 forty one made in the year of pearl harbor and the bullet liquid history in many ways. But aso most importantly, still delicious, still a great wine.
