How to Be a Successful Newsletter Operator
The CPM is one thing that people go into and they just don't know like I still am charging significantly more than a lot of other newsletter operators in the marketing space. What I would say to folks is it comes down to the brand and ultimately what does ROI look like for them. If you're trying to build a newsletter to monetize your sponsorships be really intentional about who the audience is and then who wants that audience's attention.
