I think focusing on your nervous system and de-stressing as well is a very good start because when you're anxiously attached to your stress like that's just what it really is too so I would I'll link an episode if you have not already listened about how to de-stress and heal your nervous system. The most important work that you can do in general in life is to prioritize and work on yourself. There's so many things happening in the background that you will never be able to see but things will move the way you need them to move. It doesn't always mean that it's a bad thing even if it looks like it's abad thing right now.
