In the case of real page, what we really wanted to do in the diligence process was validate the organic growth of the business because the company had made acquisitions. We looked for businesses with highly recurring revenue streams, mission critical products that customers want to keep in place and rarely rip out. And I'd say we contrast those two. The retention was a little bit more difficult because of the 16 billing systems that the company had. So we're pulling data from a bunch of different systems.
