Leaders make time to think. And so i think negotiating with yourself is the same way. It's a weirdly profound thing. When i started my journey in designing conversations, i was not really that aware of my inner conversation. I wasn't that curious about it. But the idea that they were all related and that it was just as important, it actually changed how  I facilitate learning experiences for people.
