The Importance of Moral Obligation in AI

I think we have to follow an ethical model with AI so we don't get into that situation where individuals you know have too much power and authority. The idea that we're morally obligated based on the logical position that you've quite eloquently described for me is quite compelling but that argument must have been had I mean you've been in government and in around the government bodies in the UK. It's nothing like enough because people will give examples like the one you gave Harry Wright the soldier and said well what would have happened if the machine had delegated authority  right then it should be compelling. But not everybody does most people stop with the exception that says hang on what about when you don't
