The Response Was Bad. The American Response Was Awkward

In the three years leading up to the pandemic, for the first time in american history since the 19 18 pandemic and or one, there'd been a decline in life expectancy. That's about us not taking care of ourselves. And it all takes placen n the context of a society that has gotten, i think, less good at keeping its people safe. The response was bad given our resources. Hundreds of thousands of people are dead who didn't need to die.
