Do You Have a Culture of Overworking?

I used to be the 24 seven boss back in the day. That was pre burned out, and obviously got me burned out. Now i'm like, we on board new team members. We generally don't do week ends. And if it ever shows up, there's zero expectation a that you would have to respond. I mean, if you want to, i'm not going to stop you. But you will not be getting mals or slack from me. It's about responding to the culture you find yourself leading.
