WTF happened in 1971 is a website that we have to try to tie it back into the discussion. In our thesis essentially is that in general things got worse and I think what you're seeing today is the culmination of that five decades later 50 years later. The youth today there's just the malaise they just there's not really a lot of hope for the future. So I think we need to fix the money and I think that it's a long process it's not going to change what you're looking to see change overnight but if you show me the incentives I'll show you the outcome right now the incentives are pretty messed up.
