Erskine: I was struck by the concept pactively shaping something i think we often lose sight of, that we can actually shape some one else's expectations of us and our role. It could take a number of forms, right? So it may be your team is kind of pushing you into answering all sorts of questions, or there you're helping, you know, connect them with somebody around you in a way that's kind of communicating that this is not the kind of interaction should be coming my way. And what i would find is the people that were doing better, right there were kind of higher performers and scoring higher on driving or satisfaction or things like that,. They tended to
