How to Say No to Drinking
I used to drink a lot and like go out all the time. And then I realized like, well, I don't like the taste of it. Like what value is this creating in my life? You can still have a lot of fun if you don't drink. There's actually science behind that. If you get a club soda with a lime in it, nobody knows the difference unless they're buying shots or whatever it might be. That was an epiphany for me. They don't bring us any joy because we were doing some of those things before.
