The Best Rice in the World

The traditional paea from valencia is made with chicken and rabbit and snails. It's so obviously the national dish of spain, but really what spain is grated at is this wide variety of spanish rice dishes. You have these things like soupy rices, or called a ros caldoso or ros melosa. The point being is that they are extraordinarily good at making these deeply flavoured, hugely satisfying rice dishes - which people should be looking for when they travel over.
