If you reduce the weight, but only lift it 60% of what you were lifting before, same set, same reps, come away from the workout with a little bit of energy in the tank. There's massive value to that. So my personal take on the D load thing is don't do nothing. That's a double negative. Don't be totally inactive. Should be a bit more explicit. Eat the good habit, but do it lighter if you can. And I think one of our biggest problems is we admire many people who are performing on a very high level. They're generally not. It's because you have to go to extreme measures to be the best in a field.
