Is C-Shippen a Pirate Organization?
C-Shippen's Paul Watson was ousted from the group and is now an international fugitive. He can't really travel internationally, including to Australia, for fear that he might be nabbed by authorities. A US court has also declared C-Shippens a "hood pirate," which means they are not allowed to use guns or other weapons on ships.
