Is It Morally Equal to Killing an Encephalic Infant?

I would just be concerned about society's prejudice towards, uh, human beings that are not as. developed and a lack of sympathy for underdeveloped human beings. I think the equal value thesis is gives us the firmer ice to stand on in deciding what makes killing wrong. Cause that's the answer I want to figure out. Not just one thing is less wrong than another, but like why is, why is killing wrong at all?
