Hemophelia - The Pathophysiology and Evaluation
Hemophelia is a bleeding disorder where there's a deficiency in one of the factors involved in the coagulation pathway. Severe hemophalia is when there's less than one % factor available. Humar throsis is the most common sight of bleeding, but inter cranial bleeding is the leading cause of death for patients with hemophelia.
