The Politics of the Gospel Proclamations

It seems to me that we have things going on that feel a little bit like an enthroned ceremony. How is it that in our gospel proclamations, we've lost this kind of political edge? Well, this is a really big issue. And I think one of the major causes of deconstruction in the church today by the younger generation is the disappointment in the spiritualism of the gospel and its lack of embodiment and social conscience.
