Patel, Ambedkar and others wanted a complete exchange of population. They feared that there would be another religion based partition. If that had happened, then believe me, this country would have collapsed. No polls remained in what was now Ukraine, Russia. And no Germans remained in what is now Western Poland. This was not done neatly. You are not done neatly and we don't know. We must all operate only within the four corners of the constitution. We can't come outside. Yes. So, still they are fighting. That's right.
