Learning How to Read at Sudbury Valley School

The big problem with autism is socialization. You know, it's hard to socialize. So these kids because they could pursue their own interests were incidentally making friends and talking about what they were doing on the computer as a result of it. Dyslexia is no problem at all. As I've talked, there's never been a student who hasn't learned how to read at Sudbury Valley School even though they're not getting any special training in reading. It just means you are not cut out for that kind of a cookie cutter. You have to work out your own ways of learning.
