The White House's Decision to Ban Cluster Munitions
On Friday, the White House authorized hundreds of thousands of cluster munitions for Ukraine. The decision is not sitting well with a whole bunch of people and Democrats on Capitol Hill are saying that it crosses a red line. Russia's cluster munitions have a dead rate of around 30 to 40%. However, these things coming from America have a dead rates of around 2%. At least that is according to the Washington Post.
