Are You Getting Younger and Emerging Talent Working on Your Projects?
I've encouraged our younger talent to go into schools I mean a lot of people know I have an apprentice trainee project manager that she is regularly talking to schools six forms your career day is about data centers. How well do we showcase young and emerging talent under 35s? If we can spur this on this will be to the benefit of everybody something has got to be done. We all need to get out there and do something with regards to young people though it's quite hard to get in front of them sometimes.
