Yik, i completely agreed on i remember back when i was studying low en, i was burning out multiple times pretty quickly. And so absolutely, mental health is of paramount imprtance, right? But i think it starts with asking yourself, are you actually in an area that you're passionate about? Are you running with great people? Are you in a growth environment that can help take you to the next level? Then with all those factors combined, do you accept that when you choose careers like this, it's going to require a bit more of you it? You still have to outwork people like n, whatever outwork looks like to you.
