How to Sleep Better
I realized alcohol really impacts my sleep so I actually stopped drinking six plus months ago and that's how that's had a really great impact. Not consuming alcohol three or four hours before bed as well is helpful the other thing is I put my phone in airplane mode to not look at it an hour before I go to bed. Making sure there's absolutely no light in your room is really critical but looking forward to those moments really matters a lot. Working out is another area that I love talking about because I went from somebody who wasn't working out basically maybe doing yoga sometimes to somebody who works out every single day can't live without it.
