The Relationship Between Ambition and Performance
People who lack ambition in a career sense don't ever reach their peak potential. Many highly ambitious and successful people believe that they've sacrificed way too much to achieve their career ambition. We've got to make sure that we stay away from the dark side of our frenemies if we're not to fall into that trap ourselves. When I look back on my own career and life, I'm pretty comfortable with how it's turned out so far.
