I can relate to you too like I'm the type that will push myself and want to do more. Do you still experience those like burnout cycles or do you feel like you found more balance because of all these wellness practices? Yeah I definitely feel like I am better about catching myself before I will go into a burnout cycle. And I feel like when I do hit burnout my recovery time is much faster because I've learned the tools that work for me.
