Donald Trump Sues CNN, and Is It the Same Judge?

CNN has published and broadcast the term the big lie in relation to the plaintiff, Donald Trump. CNN's answer is not due for a couple of weeks. I suspect that they will move to dismiss. They're in this court with this judge on a defamation claim right now. And so they have to be feeling pretty demoralized about that result. The cases that Donald Trump cites in the complaint are pre New York Times v Sullivan cases. This is teeing up an long game to get before the 11th circuit and then before the Supreme Court.
