The only way to take photos of oil paintings, or anything that has that can reflect is to get a camera where you can put a polarizing filter on the lens. Make sure that your light sources are pointing forty five degrees into the surface of the r both of them from the same axis. Don't remove all reflection, because sometimes, tt, you need that to show a little bit of texture.
