How to Balance Your Primary Job and Your VP Job
You don't have 3000 direct reports that you have to hold accountable and manage their day to day activities. Your VP job, your VP job is the bulk of your job description. You're not generating leads for them as much as you are teaching them how to do it. And then you guys are running branding stuff, strategic branding. Okay. I'm trying to get my head around this because I knew it wasn't logistically possible. So, what are your VP duties in addition to that that you're trying to balance with this?
