Introduction
Eric Trexler: Today's episode is going to be a special solo episode. We are doing a bit of a special series of episodes leading into the new year because obviously this is a time where people are really getting ready to set a bunch of new goals and hopefully start making some big strides toward those goals. So in today's episode I'm going to cover some of the most common questions about weight loss diets. It doesn't make weight loss better or worse than any other fitness goal you might have but it's a really common one so we wanted to do an episode where we tie together a lot of topics that we've covered in the past.
