What You Learned From Definity for ICP?
Dow five is a seed stage venture fund and from the perspective of LPs, it's pretty similar in terms of structure as any other venture fund in the space. The one nuance is our plan uniquely is to convert a portion of the fund into a Dow at the end of the fun lifecycle. So this would be kind of like the investment manager that all the investment team and myself have equity in. We want to take that, turn the cap table into a token table and then effectively dilute all of us to give some amount of ownership to all the founders that we've backed in the portfolio. It's a little bit of an experiment, but my goal is for the end state
