Life happens, it's what you do with the journey after that that makes the difference. We can all choose to at least try to be happier or try to do something that was happiness,. Or we can just wallow it and let it happen. The tagline is harnessing the power of your choices. Yeah. You choose to live with it or you do something about it. And so I'm wondering, I see you're helping people with trauma and phobia and so on. So say someone has had traumatic episodes in their life. You help them deal with that. Is it a case of them? Because as you say, that it doesn't mean that the trauma doesn't exist
