Georgia Legislature's Power to Stop Prosecutors That They Don't Like

The Georgia legislature is giving itself the power to stop a prosecution that they don't like in state court. What do you make of this? You know, I think it's shameful. But think about the history of what the Republican legislature has done. They're really just taking a shot hoping that maybe they'll catch some appellate judges here somewhere.
