It's a fascinating topic to talk about, but we hear it bubbling under the surface. But is electoral reform really likely to be a live issue for the next election? I think in terms of Labour politics internally, I think there's a big, big, big push for Kia Starmer to adopt some kind of proportional representation system. Every signal that I get from anybody around the Shadow Cabinet is that that is not likely to get through the party's governing body - National Executive Committee. It's highly unlikely that it will be in the Labour Party's manifesto when we got to the next election. No, but it's probably going to continue to be a stick that's a conservative party
