There's no tool, there's no ap,there's no technology. No place you need to go or be. The experience has been so nourishing and repeatable it has become a core part of my daily practice. I would recommend starting with two counts and four counts. It's much more comfortable. And maybe you just stay there. Maybe that makes you feel really good.
