The li project is supported by air doctors. All you need to do is drop into your breath, and the effect can be near instant. We all have access to the breath. There's no tool, there's no ap,there's no technology. No place you need to go or be. The experience has been so nourishing and repeatable it has become a core part of my daily practice. I would recommend starting with two counts and four counts. It's much more comfortable. And maybe you just stay there. Maybe that makes you feel really good.
