If the client thinks that it's beyond possible but actually likely, then at the client's expense, we will create a different strategy team. And this in the real world with about six or seven of these that I've done,. It's really satisfied the incoming client that wanted a policy in place. Do you think the policy should define on the agency terms what constitutes a conflict? Yes. But I think it ought to be soft language. Like, this is generally how we think about a conflict, right?
