HLTA's - Is There a Difference Between Primary School and Secondary School?
HLTA's are rarely asked to cover whole classes at secondary schools. At primary school there has been a sense of 'mission creep', says the headteacher. An HLTA can spend almost the entirety, if not the entirety of their week teaching whole classes as part of their timetable.
