How do we go from truly understanding customers' needs to how we position our own product? So now I've done that homework. I understand the market, which is the set of people and their preferences. Now I say, all right, where is the space for me to solve problems? And then my positioning is I need the potential user to understand that the solution that I have for him or her is the best thing since sliced bread. That's what's going to solve their problem.
