i like to look at it as you go through phases of exploration and deep dives. There's actually some fascinating research behind that too, that it often finds that break throughs ar when people cycle through this cone. Yes, i'm the same way. It's actually taking discipline for me to just stay in the boundaries of health and fitness. I would like to pursue them, but i'm keeping myself in my lane, so to speak,. But i definitely plan in the future to not step away from health and Fitness.
