Thé: I often say your innovation strategy is as good as your strategy. For me the last component is for me the people, so you know, when I started Societe Generand people were like, oh yeah, let's hire people from the outside. But to transform, it will be more important to have people that really understand deep down the organization and add trust of those people. Claire: We forget the legacy area are everyone safe? Thé: You can't eliminate my position but we're trying to find a way to make them realize they can be part of digital process.
