Wakanda: The First Mainstream Black Superhero
T'Chalo is the first mainstream Black superhero, one that carried his own comic for many years. The creation of Wakanda in the comics and T'Chalo sparked this Afrofuturism, aesthetic art movement. And I just think it just resonated, obviously, with many, many people. It was a enormously entertaining movie that also meant a lot to a large segment of culture.
